Code of Ethics

Please read the following code of ethics and then confirm your agreement to them below.

The members of the National Association of Note Buyers, believing that the interests of the general public and companies they do business with are best served through the observance of ethical standards of business practice, voluntarily subscribe to the following Code of Ethics.

HONESTY & INTEGRITY
NANB members shall conduct business in a manner that is honest and shall act with honor, and integrity.

They shall not use "bait and switch" tactics concerning the price they will pay for a mortgage or other income stream.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
NANB members shall conduct their business in compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
NANB members shall conduct their business activities professionally.

HONESTY IN ADVERTISING
NANB members shall make every effort to be accurate in all advertisements and solicitations. Whether in print, television, Internet or radio.

CONFIDENTIALITY
NANB members shall not disclose confidential information except as it necessary to serve the best interests of their client.

DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL INTERESTS
NANB members shall disclose any financial interest they may have in any third party provider of services. Such as appraisal or title services.
