There are 4 parts to becoming a member of the National Association of Note Buyers.

1. Competency. Pass a competency test that shows you have a good background knowledge of the business.
2. Ethics. You will be required to subscribe to our code of ethics.
3. Experience. Submit the names and telephone numbers of 2 members of the public from whom you have bought a note.
4. Membership fee. There is a nominal membership fee of $69 a year.
